These terms govern bookings of the Suite Luxe New York, published by Adebayo Adegnika Lepengue, sole proprietor (SIREN 923 075 360). 1. Booking A booking becomes firm upon payment confirmation. The guest warrants the accuracy of the information provided and declares being of legal age. 2. Price and payment Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, by card via our secure provider Stripe. No card data is stored by us. 3. Access Instructions and the access code are sent by email before arrival. The guest agrees to respect the house rules, check-in/check-out times and the maximum capacity. 4. Cancellation and changes Full refund up to 7 days before the arrival date; 50% refund between 7 days and 72h before arrival; no refund less than 72h before arrival or in the event of a no-show. Any change is subject to availability. Full details are set out in our cancellation policy. 5. Liability The guest is liable for any damage to the property and its equipment during the stay. 6.
