Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation by the guest More than 7 days before arrival: full refund (excluding service fees, where applicable). Between 7 days and 72h before arrival: 50% refund of the total stay amount. Less than 72h before arrival, or no-show: no refund. 2. Booking changes A date change is possible free of charge if requested at least 7 days before arrival and subject to availability. Within 7 days, any change is treated as a cancellation under the rules above. 3. Cancellation by the host If we cancel (unforeseen circumstances, an issue with the property, etc.), the guest is refunded in full, whatever the notice period. 4. Force majeure In the event of an exceptional circumstance beyond the control of both parties (natural disaster, government travel restrictions, etc.), a full refund or a postponement of the booking will be offered. 5. Cleaning fees and taxes Cleaning fees and tourist taxes are never due if the stay is cancelled more than 48h before arrival.
